I was looking for a "site" where I might write a "review".  I have opted to just send you a message on this "site".  YOU GUYS ARE GREAT!!  I made several phone calls in an effort to get a hardware repair done on my Toshiba lap-top.  When I called your shop, I was impressed that Mark not only suggested that you might be able to repair my computer, but he (Mark) seemed genuinely enthusiastic about my "business".  When I dropped my computer off, I didn't expect a whole lot, but the enthusiasm continued.  I had not been gone an hour after the "drop-off", when I got a call from Mark to give me a progress update.  ONE HOUR after that, Mark called me to say the work was DONE!  When I picked it up the next day, the invoice was also a great surprise!  Not only  was it very reasonable, but the technician had taken the time to explain in "real people" English what he had done!  WOW!!  That's all I can say!  WOW!!

I have learned over the years of life's experiences that it pays to ask some one who has been there or done that for advice. With that thought in mind, a few years ago I was having serious computer problems that could not be fixed right. In Desperation I asked a friend whose business depended on her computer. She referred me to Zebra Computers- - -I Contacted them and I found that they really do live up to their slogan “WE FIX COMPUTERS RIGHT”

Hey Mike,

 About a week ago I brought my Mom’s computer into your shop and picked it up the following day.  Two different gentlemen helped me when I checked in and out and then a 3^rd person helped my Mom on the phone when she called to give the details of what she wanted done.  Each of our experiences was wonderful.  Professional and friendly!  I just wanted to let you know what a great experience we had.  It’s often people only write and call to complain so I wanted to be sure you heard some of the good as well.
